This role will be an essential part of the Marketing team, directly contributing to institutional, promotional, and digital campaigns. **Responsibilities:** * Create graphic assets for digital campaigns, emails, banners, social media, advertisements, printed materials, and internal communications. * Participate in the development and maintenance of the brand’s visual identity. * Design visuals for e-commerce and marketplaces (banners, thumbnails, storefront displays, etc.). * Provide visual support to the Marketing team across various requests. * Collaborate on layout design, presentations, and institutional materials. * Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, special initiatives, and new projects. * Ensure visual consistency across all brand channels and touchpoints. * Adapt visual assets for different formats, media, and platforms. **Requirements:** * Update spreadsheets, reports, and departmental documents. * Assist with internal communication across departments (store, finance, e-commerce, wholesale, logistics). * Support setup of shooting sets and product preparation for content production. * Support content recording (basic filmmaker knowledge required). * Supervise floor staff (“puxadoras”) to ensure daily tasks are correctly performed. * Source and contract external services (media, activations, printing, promotional items) with vendors. * Manage payment workflows (coordination and tracking of payments with the Finance department). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a Marketing Assistant or in related roles; * Experience producing social media content; * Basic proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar); * Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace operations; * Experience handling administrative tasks within Marketing; * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and teamwork ability. **What We Offer You:** * **Employment Type:** CLT – Fully on-site * **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), Monday to Friday * **Salary:** BRL 2,600.00 * **Engaja aí, Camelo!** Program (your presence earns rewards) * **Birthday Day Off** each month * Store credit for purchases at **our store** * Break room equipped with **refrigerator** and **microwave** * **Transportation allowance**, tailored to your needs
