




Description: High school diploma. Desirable: ongoing undergraduate studies in Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related fields. Basic Office package; Proficiency with Outlook. Specific Knowledge: Experience in customer service; Customer service techniques. Desirable Additional Qualifications: prior experience in the role, short-term courses in the field, among others. * Provide service to students (in-person, virtual, undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral) and external community members via WhatsApp and in person, delivering academic and financial clarifications or information. Issuance of diplomas, certificates, academic transcripts, payment slips, among others. * Generally monitor academic and financial process protocols, as well as their proper routing, by consulting the RM system and internal departmental documents to clarify and guide inquiries from staff, students, course coordinations, and other UCB departments. * Initiate requests and/or register demands through the request center (Interact), thereby enabling tracking of all requests submitted using the student’s enrollment number. * Assist other departments, such as Finance, Social Services Program, Course Coordinations (Schools), and financing programs (FIES, etc). 251218020255603130
