




Job Summary: Actively search for and qualify leads, present solutions, schedule meetings, keep the CRM updated, and analyze market trends. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to research and identify qualified leads **Key Responsibilities:** * Actively seek potential customers (leads) using channels such as LinkedIn, email, phone, events, and others; * Assess whether the lead fits the target profile and has potential to become a customer (solution fit, real pain point, purchasing capacity, etc.); * Make the initial contact to briefly introduce the solution, understand the lead's situation, and spark interest; * Schedule meetings for Sales Executives, delivering pre-qualified leads; * Record interactions with leads, update the sales pipeline, and maintain complete interaction history in the CRM; * Analyze market trends, competition, and customer profiles to improve outreach strategy and lead segmentation. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in sales, preferably in prospecting roles (e.g., SDR – Sales Development Representative); * Ability to deliver concise and engaging presentations to spark customer interest; * Strong verbal and written communication skills—clear and persuasive—via phone, email, and social media; * Ability to research and identify qualified leads, either through social platforms like LinkedIn or corporate databases; * Proficiency with prospecting tools. **Additional Information:** Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$2,100.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Candidates currently working at Meireles and Freitas must provide: full name, employee ID, date of hire, current position, department/sector, and manager's name.
