THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRAINING SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Administrative Assistant I
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee borne by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.
**Workload:** 44 hours (Forty-four hours per week)

**Job Summary:** Perform administrative routine activities and assist the administrative and financial coordinator in other operational tasks.
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
**NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed high school (or higher education degree).
**Acceptable proof includes:**
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Officially signed and stamped course completion statement.
c) For higher education, enrollment confirmation, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution.
**EXPERIENCE:**
Professional experience in commercial activities, administrative routines, and public service.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s statement containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services rendered, and description of performed activities;
b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology consistent with that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying performed activities, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
