




Job Summary: The Accountability Assistant provides administrative support to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records and the integrity of documentation for health management contracts. Organization and preparation of supporting documentation **Job Objective:** Provide administrative support to the Accountability area to meet the requirements of the Institution's health management contracts, covering primary care through hospital care across various municipalities and states in Brazil. **Job Responsibilities:** The Accountability Assistant is responsible for executing and monitoring accountability-related activities, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial records as well as the integrity of documentation. Monitor the submission of mandatory documents by respective departments. Assist in organizing and preparing supporting documentation for expenses incurred under management contracts (e.g., invoices, payment receipts, contracts, reports, bank statements, etc.). Digitize, classify, and archive physical and electronic documents according to organizational standards and public agency requirements. Archive a copy of the accountability report in an appropriate location. Prepare official documents such as official letters, correspondence, and others. Assist in assembling monthly, partial, and final accountability processes, in accordance with established schedules and deadlines. Coordinate with finance, accounting, and operational departments to collect and organize documents and information. Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement of the accountability area. **Desired Education:** * Completed high school (mandatory); * Technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Public Management, Accounting Sciences, or related fields (preferred, currently in progress). **Desired Experience:** * Administrative experience preferred, especially in accountability, financial control, or within Third Sector organizations/health sector. * Familiarity with Third Sector contracts and public accountability procedures; * Fiscal and financial documents; * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Adobe) – intermediate and/or advanced level; * Document management systems and public accountability platforms (preferred). **Desired Competencies:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Commitment to deadlines; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities; * Proactivity and responsibility in handling sensitive information. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
