Job Summary: S3 Gestão em Saúde is hiring an Accountability Analyst to guide professionals, analyze reports, and validate financial documents for submission to the contracting party. Monitor healthcare notifications and track process workflows S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talent to work as an **ACCOUNTABILITY ANALYST**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide and train frontline professionals regarding contractual targets, particularly in report writing and supporting documentation; * Analyze activity reports (contractual targets) and their respective supporting documentation submitted by Units; * Analyze and validate financial supporting documentation in the accountability reporting system for submission to the contracting party; * Analyze and validate Explanatory Notes to justify anomalies in processes; * Monitor and respond to healthcare notifications addressed to the Health Secretariat; * Track process workflows within the Health Secretariat to ensure timely receipt of funds per the contractual schedule; * Update Contract Notification Control spreadsheets; * Populate the spreadsheet used to generate Accountability Management Indicators; * Organize responses to inconsistencies and notifications related to accountability reporting; * Update accountability reporting information on the transparency portal. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field preferred; * Experience with healthcare accountability reporting preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** * **Salary:** R$ 3\.737,56 * **Workload:** 200 hours per month S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit institution of social and inclusive character, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, and qualified as a Social Organization in multiple states and municipalities across Brazil.
