**Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** RESPONSIBLE FOR YARD ACTIVITIES, CONDUCTING LOAD AUDITS, ORGANIZING AND INSPECTING SITE DOCKS. EXERCISE CONTROL OVER ASSETS (CARGO MATERIAL, KEY HANDOVER), INCLUDING THEIR DOCUMENTATION; SYSTEMATICALLY INSPECT EXTERNAL AREAS TO PREVENT FRAUD AND INCIDENTS. PROMPTLY RESPOND TO REQUESTS FROM THE OPERATIONS ROOM; PERFORM SEAL ANALYSIS, MONITOR DOCK AVAILABILITY, AND HANDLE DOCK-RELATED INCIDENTS. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed High School Education * Experience in Logistics **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will find:** 1\. Ensure compliance with internal standards outlined in DHL’s Global Quality Procedure; 2\. Contribute to discipline and organization to ensure operational inventory accuracy; 3\. Verify the use of seals and safety wheel chocks by all carriers; 4\. Conduct yard inspections during operations, reporting damage to assets and loaded products, as well as monitoring docks, ramps, emergency exits, and access points to ensure they remain properly secured; 5\. Perform load and process audits across operations; 6\. Investigate yard-related incidents at the site using electronic resources and operational procedures; 7\. Maintain systematic control of activities related to Yard Management for the DHL network (in synergy with the Operations Coordinator); 8\. Monitor seal, vehicle, and personnel inspections; 9\. Ensure consistent use of PPE and safe working conditions; 10\. Adhere to occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) concepts and regulations; 11\. Prioritize safety in all activities performed; 12\. Ensure compliance with HSE concepts and regulations; 13\.
