Field supervision and site surveys on construction projects RPEOTTA is looking for an experienced and motivated **Building Technician** to strengthen our engineering team in Macaé. If you are passionate about engineering, seek to develop innovative solutions, and want to make a difference in challenging projects, this is your opportunity! **On-site work in Macaé** **Responsibilities** * **Multidisciplinary Support:** Provide essential technical support to engineering teams (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.), ensuring project integration and compatibility. * **Technical Documentation:** Assist in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating technical drawings (floor plans, sections, construction details, descriptive memoranda) and organizing all project documentation. * **Technical Site Visits:** Conduct field supervision and site surveys on construction projects and facilities, verifying compliance of construction work with design documents and proposing immediate technical solutions for deviations. * **Quantities and Budgeting:** Collaborate in material quantity take-offs and preparation of preliminary and execution budgets. * **Standards and Quality:** Ensure all projects and procedures strictly comply with current technical standards (ABNT and other relevant standards) and company quality requirements. **Requirements** * **Technical Education:** Completed Technical Course in Building Construction. * **Software Proficiency:** Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory). Knowledge of **Revit** and/or other BIM platforms is a **strong advantage**. * **Experience:** Prior experience in design offices, with emphasis on detailing and coordination.
