If you seek purpose-driven work and the chance to transform lives, this is your place! \#Let’sTransform! \#JoinSabesp! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in planning, supervising, and monitoring civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with designs and technical standards. * Support the execution of simple construction, maintenance, and repair projects for buildings and sanitation systems. * Interpret designs, floor plans, sketches, and technical specifications. * Assist in topographic and planialtimetric surveys, learning techniques to support project development and property, block, and network registration. * Monitor schedules, measurements, and the use of materials, equipment, and labor on construction sites. * Monitor and document the execution of outsourced and in-house services. * Prepare basic descriptive reports under guidance from more experienced professionals. * Conduct field technical inspections, surveys, and assessments. * Issue technical reports and photographic records of activities. * Support the preparation of budgets, descriptive reports, and other technical documents. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. * Drive vehicles and operate machinery and equipment as required and under prior guidance. * Use technical tools and software to support construction execution and monitoring. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper care of materials, equipment, and work areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical high school diploma in building construction; * **Registration with the professional regulatory council;** * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) AB category; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of AutoCAD **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * Private Pension Plan * Meal Voucher (VR) and Food Voucher (VA) * Transportation Voucher * Christmas Basket * Additional Vacation Bonus * Birthday Day Off * Extended Maternity Leave * Extended Paternity Leave * Daycare Assistance for Mothers and Fathers * Wellhub (Gympass) Partnership * Profit-Sharing Program – PPR Nova Sabesp is much more than a sanitation company.
