Conducting technical inspections and preparing reports **Job Description:** Responsibilities and Duties Assist in the planning, supervision, and monitoring of civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and standards. Support the execution of simple construction, maintenance, and repair projects for buildings and sanitation systems. Interpret technical drawings, plans, sketches, and specifications. Assist in topographic and planialtimetric surveys, learning techniques to support project development and property, block, and network registration. Monitor schedules, measurements, and the use of materials, equipment, and labor on construction sites. Monitor and document the execution of outsourced and in-house services. Prepare basic descriptive memoranda under guidance from more experienced professionals. Conduct technical inspections, field surveys, and on-site inspections. Issue technical reports and photographic records of activities. Support the preparation of budgets, descriptive memoranda, and other technical documents. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. Operate vehicles and machinery/equipment as required and under prior instruction. Use tools **Requirements:** Requirements and Qualifications Technical high school diploma in Building Construction. Registration with the relevant professional council.
