Support the execution of simple construction, maintenance, and repair projects for buildings and sanitation systems. Interpret project drawings, blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications. Assist in topographic and planialtimetric surveys, learning techniques to support project development and property, block, and network registration. Monitor schedules, measurements, and the use of materials, equipment, and labor on construction sites. Monitor and document the execution of outsourced and in-house services. Prepare basic descriptive reports under guidance from more experienced professionals. Conduct technical inspections, site inspections, and field surveys. Issue technical reports and photographic records of activities. Support the preparation of budgets, descriptive reports, and other technical documents. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. Drive vehicles and operate machinery and equipment as required and under prior guidance.
