Responsibilities and Duties: * Prepare and transport construction materials—including sand, cement, gravel, and others—to designated work areas; * Assist in mixing and preparing mortar, concrete, and other materials required for construction activities; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace by collecting material scraps and waste; * Assist in demolition of structures and removal of debris; * Support masons in wall erection, application of finishes, and other construction tasks; * Perform excavation, leveling, and soil compaction when required; * Assist in cutting and removing trees or vegetation from construction sites, following safety guidelines and regulations; * Load and unload tools, equipment, and construction materials; * Ensure proper maintenance and use of provided tools and equipment; * Follow instructions from masons and site supervisors to comply with safety standards; * Perform other duties inherent to the role, as required by operational needs.
