Analytical and data-driven decision-making capability **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for structuring, planning, monitoring, and ensuring project execution, guaranteeing organization, control, and operational intelligence; supporting decision-making with analyses, KPIs, and executive reports; managing risks, market research, and benchmarking; contributing to feasibility studies and development of new products, services, and businesses; and providing technical and analytical support to the Portfolio Coordinator and the organization’s innovation initiatives. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree (Administration, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related fields). Solid end-to-end project management experience (planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure), having served as the accountable project lead—not merely in a support role. Proficiency in project management methodologies (traditional and/or agile), with ability to: * define the approach (agile, hybrid, waterfall) according to context; * conduct ceremonies and governance (steering committees, rituals, status meetings). Advanced planning: * develop and manage schedules, dependencies, and critical path (where applicable); * manage risks, issues, changes (change control), and stakeholder communication. Management by KPIs and managerial reporting: * create and monitor KPIs (schedule, cost when applicable, quality, productivity, SLA, plan adherence); * prepare executive reports and presentations for leadership. Analytical and data-driven decision-making capability, focused on problem resolution and prioritization.
