Important: This position requires 100% on-site work! **Key Responsibilities:** Strategically manage the procurement of indirect materials and services (IMS), ensuring optimal cost-benefit ratio, quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with company policies. Responsible for leading complex negotiations, supplier development, and supporting cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. * Conduct strategic procurement processes for indirect materials and services (e.g., MRO, facilities, IT, maintenance, marketing, consulting, transportation, etc.). * Develop and implement sourcing and negotiation strategies for categories under your responsibility. * Perform market analysis, benchmarking, and identify savings opportunities. * Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and contractual clauses with suppliers. * Evaluate and approve suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical, financial, and sustainability criteria. * Monitor supplier performance KPIs and propose corrective action plans. * Collaborate with internal departments (legal, finance, engineering, etc.) to ensure alignment on procurement activities. * Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, and corporate governance.
