




Perform the assembly and disassembly of all equipment in the company's portfolio, organizing and handling materials, securing components according to specific project requirements. With quality, safety, and complete customer satisfaction as core principles. Perform loading and unloading of materials/equipment. Clean equipment and tools after completing tasks. Clean and organize the work area, immediately separating parts according to their specifications after loading or unloading materials. Perform simple and preventive maintenance on equipment when requested by immediate supervisor. To do so, inspect product defects and verify usage conditions. Separate materials to be used for equipment assembly, based on the assembly project. Perform scaffolding and other equipment assembly and disassembly, whether lifting equipment or not, according to instructions from immediate supervisor and project specifications. When project updates are required, plan with the team a sketch of the scaffold assembly, considering the installation location and external client requirements. In the absence of an updated project, define with the engineering team the materials to be used for scaffolding assembly. When requested, report to the direct supervisor, in the form of a service order (SO), the progress of daily activities performed. Comply with assembly schedules provided by the planning department/supervisor/client. Perform other related and inherent professional activities as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor. In the absence of the supervisor and having been previously authorized: Conduct daily safety meetings (DDS) with employees before starting tasks, selecting safety-related topics, and document completion using the proper form. Lead the review of the specific form regarding risks relevant to the work area (preliminary risk analysis), identifying risks that may affect employee activities. If the employee holds a valid driver's license, may transport personnel and tools using company-provided and fueled vehicles, aiming to increase employee comfort and facilitate operations, while committing to observe, respect, and assume responsibility for traffic regulations. Organize the workplace to perform tasks in compliance with technical standards, quality, safety, and environmental protection procedures. **Autonomy:** Has autonomy to initiate or modify tasks, but executes only under supervision. **Education:** Completed elementary education; high school education desirable. **Desired Specific Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety, operation of drills and other tools compatible with the job, types of rigging (knots) and NR standards according to tasks, assembly of various types of scaffolding. Knowledge of gondola assembly and lifting equipment is desirable. **Experience:** One to three years of experience as an assembler, or promoted from assembly assistant, with project knowledge. **Machinery and Equipment Used:** General tools such as ratchet wrenches, tape measures, hammers, drills, etc. **Additional Information:** Availability for flexible working hours, physical ability to work at heights, work outdoors (sun, cold), and in environments with dust, odors, and noise.
