**Job Description:**
The Seres Group is seeking professionals to work as Scaffold Erectors in partnership with an engineering and industrial assembly company, with the mission of erecting elevated access structures while ensuring safety, worksite organization, and compliance with operational standards.
The company operates on industrial construction projects, performing assembly of metal structures and access equipment, prioritizing employee safety and service quality.
Responsibilities
Load and unload equipment from trucks;
Sort and transport materials to the job site;
Assemble storage cabinets (drawer units) for parts;
Isolate the work area using collective protective equipment (CPE);
Erect scaffolds, suspended platforms, and lifting equipment;
Secure and dismantle structures;
Support worksite organization and safety;
Work collaboratively with the team under supervisor guidance.
Requirements Academic Qualification
Completed elementary education.
Experience
Prior experience or basic knowledge of scaffold or metal structure assembly;
Experience working at heights;
Construction site experience is considered a plus.
Technical Knowledge
Basic understanding of metal structure assembly;
Safety procedures for working at heights;
Organization of materials and equipment;
No mandatory certification required (training may be provided by the company).
