If you identify with these values and want to be part of a team that transforms challenges into opportunities, join KW Brazil! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Challenges:** Assemble, disassemble, and maintain scaffolds in compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and safety regulations; Ensure scaffold structural stability and safety, preventing accidents and guaranteeing employee integrity; Work collaboratively to meet deadlines and maintain service quality; Keep the worksite organized and properly maintain used equipment; Strictly follow internal procedures and occupational safety regulations. **Alongside a team delivering excellence, you will:** Assemble and disassemble scaffolds according to technical specifications; Conduct inspections to ensure structural safety; Assist in equipment maintenance and upkeep; Follow safety standards and correctly use PPE; Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and meet deadlines; Keep the worksite organized and safe. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** Completed elementary education; Experience in scaffold assembly; Knowledge of applicable safety regulations; Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills; Commitment to quality and safety. **You stand out if you have:** Qualification courses in scaffold assembly and occupational safety; Updated NR-18 and NR-35 certifications; Experience in industrial or large-scale construction projects; A proactive, attentive profile oriented toward risk prevention. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We offer a healthy work environment and benefits**\*** that promote well-being: .
