**JOB OPENING FOR CIVIL ENGINEER – DJG GAN CONSTRUÇÕES** The **DJG GAN CONSTRUÇÕES**, a company operating in the civil construction sector, is seeking a **CIVIL ENGINEER to work in the BUDGETING department, with proven experience in this field.** The professional’s **top priority criterion is mastery of quantitative material and service takeoff**, supporting the budgeting team throughout all stages of preparing technical and commercial proposals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **quantitative takeoff of materials and services** based on executive and architectural drawings; * Assist in compiling direct and indirect costs; * Support the preparation of budget spreadsheets; * Organize and update the database of input and service prices; * Assist in checking and coordinating drawings when necessary; * Provide support to the engineering team for comparative analyses and supplementary budgeting. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing degree in Civil Engineering; * **Proven experience in quantitative takeoff**; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced); * Availability to work onsite from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) (R.
