Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Analyst to guide, support, and ensure construction teams’ understanding of Quality procedures, guaranteeing compliance with internal standards. Develop training materials and review Quality procedures. **Join our story!** **The opportunity.** We are looking for a **Quality Analyst** to join our team! Your **mission** on the team is to **guide, support**, and ensure construction teams’ understanding of Quality procedures, **guaranteeing compliance with internal standards and regulations**. **What you will do here** * Monitor ongoing construction projects through site visits to identify needs for support and guidance regarding quality procedures. * Conduct evaluations of construction sites concerning adherence to procedures, internal standards, and regulations, including verification of field services. * Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to construction teams. * Monitor the PCT – Technological Control Plan, analyze project documents, technical reports, and test report results to verify compliance, including necessary interface with suppliers, construction sites, and CONX’s technical departments. * Initiate and monitor action plans and corrective action reports. * Develop and/or review Quality procedures and forms. * Prepare technical reports monitoring field services. **What we are looking for** * Education: Civil Engineering degree * Prior experience working on residential construction sites. * Skills in delivering continuous training and guidance * Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems promptly **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Clear and effective communication. * Attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications**: * Prior experience in Quality within the Construction industry * Familiarity with AutoDoc Quality, Construcode, and Snagr platforms **What we offer** * **Salary:** Competitive and market-aligned. * **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws), with on-site work visiting construction projects exclusively in the city of São Paulo. * **Benefits:** + Meal/food allowance (FLASH): R$ 35.00 per day + Conventional Transportation Allowance OR mobility allowance (FLASH) + SULÁMERICA Health Insurance: 100% subsidy for the employee + SULÁMERICA Dental Insurance + Life Insurance + Totalpass
