As a commercial company, we also value passion for customers—whether internal or external. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Procurement Management:** * Procure products and services in accordance with the company’s internal needs. * Conduct market research to identify optimal suppliers and products. * Analyze and compare supplier pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, and quality. * Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and contractual terms with suppliers, always aiming for the best conditions for the company. **Inventory Planning and Control:** * Monitor material and product inventory levels to prevent excesses or shortages that could impact company operations. * Maintain control over recurring purchases and schedule future purchases based on demand forecasts. * Proactively identify material replenishment needs and execute purchases accordingly. **Purchase Order Issuance:** * Prepare and issue detailed purchase orders containing all necessary information to ensure smooth process execution. * Monitor purchase order status to guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines and agreed-upon receipt terms. **Supplier Management:** * Maintain close relationships with suppliers, striving to establish reliable, long-term partnerships. * Evaluate supplier performance, monitoring quality control and adherence to delivery schedules. * Resolve supply-related issues, such as delays, product defects, or deviations from agreed terms. **Budgetary Control and Cost Management:** * Monitor the procurement budget, ensuring expenditures remain controlled and within established limits. * Analyze procurement and consumption reports, proposing actions to optimize costs and improve acquisition process efficiency. **Documentation and Processes:** * Ensure all procurement processes are properly documented, maintaining detailed records of each transaction. * Monitor goods delivery and receipt, verifying invoices and other related documents. **Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:** * Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and guidelines. * Observe and guarantee adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and acquisitions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in spare parts sales within the civil construction sector (yellow line, green line, and general automotive); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Additional Information** Benefits: * AnywhereOffice; * Flexible working hours; * Health insurance (Bradesco); * Dental insurance (Bradesco); * Meal allowance; * Remote work allowance; * Life insurance; * Semi-annual Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * BMC Pass (gyms, swimming pools, and other physical activities); * Birthday Day Off; * Birthday allowance; Fast and competitive, we bring productivity everywhere.
