Responsibilities and Duties Lead the planning, control, and execution of the Company’s R\&D\&I and Commercial projects portfolio, ensuring value and quality delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget, in compliance with PMI best practices and other established references. Work on the development, review, and implementation of internal project management documentation and methodologies aligned with market best practices. Monitor and analyze project performance indicators, proposing and executing action plans for continuous improvement. Facilitate communication and collaboration among clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring alignment of project expectations and requirements. Ensure all project activities comply with internal procedures, regulatory standards, and best practices in safety and quality. Identify and manage risks and deviations, reporting critical issues and proposing feasible corrective solutions to superiors, management, or clients. Act as the focal point for interaction with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring satisfaction and fulfillment of quality, scope, timeline, and cost requirements. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably with a postgraduate degree in Project Management or related fields.
