Monitor project timelines, costs, and performance indicators **JOB: PROJECT COORDINATOR – CIVIL CONSTRUCTION** The **company Plus Construtora e Incorporadora** is seeking a **Project Coordinator** to plan, coordinate, and monitor engineering and construction projects, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost control. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the development and integration of engineering projects (architectural, structural, electrical, and hydraulic); * Monitor physical and financial construction schedules; * Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards; * Serve as liaison among engineering teams, suppliers, and clients; * Monitor project timelines, costs, and performance indicators; * Identify risks and propose technical solutions during construction execution; * Monitor regulatory approval processes when required. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Architecture**; * Proven experience in **project coordination or construction project management**; * Knowledge of **construction planning and management**; * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Project, or planning software**; * Ability to read and analyze technical drawings; * Intermediate Microsoft Office suite. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Contract type: Individual Entrepreneur (PJ), with invoice issuance; * 40-hour workweek, including 1 remote workday; * Monthly remuneration: R$ 7.000,00; * 30 days of paid vacation; ***Interested candidates must apply for this position.*** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
