Collaboration with diverse local and global business areas Product Analyst V Country: Brazil ***About the Team:*** The role is part of the Markets (Treasury) Structuring team, which has a broad scope collaborating closely with Market Sales teams (SCIB – Corp & FIs, Corporate, Private, and Retail) to originate and develop customized transactions for the bank’s clients across various asset classes in which the bank operates: Fixed Income, FX, Equities, Credit, and Commodities. Customized transactions are not limited to derivatives and may also involve other products such as Securities (bonds and stocks), loans, funds, etc., both locally and under other jurisdictions. In addition to client engagement and intra-markets coordination (Sales, ACPM, Products, and Market Making), the Structuring team must also build and foster relationships with other bank business areas (local and global), as well as essential support functions including Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Credit, to support project execution. ***Your Role Here Will Be:*** * Focus on structuring activities with corporate clients (both SCIB-Corp and Corporate), primarily within Fixed Income, FX, and Commodities, closely aligned with local and offshore Market Sales teams (SCIB-Corp and Corporate), as well as other bank business teams such as Project Finance and DCM. * Develop products and structures focused on deal-contingent solutions, pre-hedging in Project Finance, secured financing with corporates, and Commodities. ***For This Role, We Value:*** Key Hard Skills * Technical knowledge: finance, derivatives, local regulatory framework, basic accounting principles. * Experience: international banking, sales/structuring. * Language: fluent English.
