Price Formation: Structure cost compositions (labor, materials, logistics), analyze BDI, statutory charges, taxes, and the budgetary S-curve. Tender Analysis: Evaluate RFQs and technical scopes to identify risks, opportunities, and financial viability of proposals. Strategic Interface: Collaborate with engineering and planning teams to define execution strategies and present pricing scenarios to senior management.
