Want to join us? **Come be Orguel!** **Responsibilities and duties** **As a PCM Assistant, your responsibilities will include:** * Assist in planning, scheduling, and controlling preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of aerial work platforms. * Monitor maintenance plans and ensure service orders are completed within established deadlines. * Update and monitor department performance indicators (KPIs). * Issue, track, and close service orders in the maintenance management system. * Support the preparation of technical reports and updating equipment documentation. * Manage inventory of parts and materials required for maintenance routines. * Support the team in prioritizing activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes. Work hours: Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Requirements and qualifications** **Minimum requirements:** * High school diploma. * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Organized, proactive, and good communication skills.
