Experience in equipment rental and civil construction **OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR** Requirements: * Higher education and/or technical degree in maintenance, mechanics, electricity, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of maintenance control and planning; * Minimum 6 months of experience in equipment rental or civil construction; * Experience leading teams. Responsibilities: * Ensure execution of departmental processes; * Monitor equipment rental demands; * Monitor and analyze daily and monthly maintenance planning; * Conduct daily oversight of equipment yard organization; * Negotiate equipment release.
