Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring visual and operational excellence of the property by supervising cleaning, conservation, and maintenance activities to preserve customer experience and architectural standards. Key Highlights: 1. Team management for cleaning and maintenance, with a focus on quality. 2. Daily checklist implementation and operational rounds to ensure excellence. 3. Control of supplies and attention to detail to maintain high standards. Ensure visual and operational excellence of the property. The primary focus is rigorous supervision of cleaning, conservation, and maintenance routines, guaranteeing full preservation of customer experience and architectural standards. 2\. Main Responsibilities * Team Management: Coordinate and hold cleaning and maintenance teams accountable; create work schedules. * Quality Control: Implement daily opening and closing checklists, with special emphasis on high-standard surfaces (glass, natural stone, metals, and lighting). * Operational Rounds: Conduct frequent patrols to immediately identify and resolve cleaning failures or structural damage. * Supply Management: Monitor inventory of cleaning materials and disposables, ensuring efficient usage. Requirements: Experience in operational leadership roles; Skills: Strong command ability, proactivity, "keen eye" for details, and organizational skills.
