ACOI Construction and Development Company is seeking an experienced Mason to work on our construction sites and maintenance projects for industrial-sector clients in the Itatiba/SP region. We seek a professional committed to quality, organization, and, above all, strict compliance with occupational safety standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform masonry, concrete pouring, cladding, plastering, and general finishing tasks. * Carry out laying of blocks, floor tiles, ceramic tiles, and structural repairs. * Prepare and transport materials, mortars, and tools required for task execution. * Interpret instructions from supervision/engineering to correctly perform assigned tasks. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace and take care of tools and equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Mason (experience in an industrial environment will be considered a strong advantage). * Practical knowledge of basic blueprint/technical instruction reading. * Full commitment to using PPE and complying with safety standards (industrial standard). * Residency in Itatiba/SP or easy access to the region. * Good communication skills, punctuality, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Additional Information (Benefits)** * **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * **Salary:** Competitive with industry standards/market rates * **Benefits:** On-site meals (breakfast and lunch), Food Allowance (R$ 500.00\), Transportation Allowance, Pharmacy Benefit Plan, and Life Insurance.
