Job Summary: A professional responsible for carrying out construction, renovation, repair work on structures, hydraulic services, and outdoor activities, following safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Construction, renovation, and repair work on various structures. 2. Performance of hydraulic services and outdoor activities. 3. Work conducted in accordance with safety standards and technical project specifications. * Carry out construction, renovation, and repair tasks, such as wall erection, structural assembly, application of finishes and plastering on constructed structures; * Restore general structures, including walls, floors, and roofs; * Perform hydraulic services, such as installation and repair of piping systems, water tanks, and sewage systems, whenever necessary; * Construct and renovate fences when requested; * Perform tree cutting or other outdoor activities using appropriate materials and adhering to safety standards (when necessary and authorized); * Interpret technical drawings and project plans to execute tasks accurately; * Assist qualified professionals in maintenance services across facilities; * Monitor and assess the need for corrective maintenance on floors, walls, doors, and other facility structures; * Perform tasks in compliance with safety standards and properly use provided personal protective equipment (PPE); Perform other duties inherent to the position, according to operational needs.
