Repair and maintenance of buildings Responsibilities: Erect walls, fences, and other structures using bricks, blocks, or stones; prepare and apply mortar and concrete. Construct building foundations, such as footings and blocks. Perform repairs on damaged structures, replace building components, and carry out general maintenance.
