Job Summary: Responsible for site cleaning and preparation, foundation and structural construction, material laying, plastering, and assisting in the installation of drainage elements, ensuring safety and organization. Maintaining a clean and safe worksite * Site cleaning and preparation, removing obstacles and leveling the ground. * Construction of foundations, walls, slabs, beams, and other structures using concrete, bricks, blocks, or stones. * Laying bricks, blocks, or stones to build walls, fences, and other structures. * Applying plaster and finishing surfaces, ensuring appropriate quality according to internal standards. * Assisting in the installation of elements such as curbs, guides, gutters, and other drainage components. * Keeping the worksite clean and organized. * Ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with established safety procedures and that all team members are aware of hazards and use personal protective equipment (PPE). Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
