Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of machinery, managing spare parts, and monitoring third-party services. Development and updating of maintenance plans **Job Description:** ---------------------- Plan corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance services for machinery and equipment. Perform technical registration of spare parts in the KLASSMAT system. Specify materials and services required for maintenance activities and systematically monitor their implementation. Register spare parts in the warehouse and define stock levels according to the maintenance plan for each equipment. Evaluate maintenance service requests in the maintenance software and generate corresponding maintenance work orders. Develop and update maintenance plans. Register equipment. Participate in investigations of deviations and non-conformities. Monitor on-site execution of third-party services. Weekly reporting of the preventive maintenance completion indicator. Request and monitor access authorization for third-party personnel entry. Monitor the work schedules of the water and boiler departments. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Knowledge/experience in PCM. Desirable knowledge of maintenance management systems (Engeman, Isoplan, SAP, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
