




Job Summary: Assist masons in pavement and highway infrastructure work, including material preparation, structure assembly, and worksite cleanup. Key Highlights: 1. Support infrastructure and highway construction projects. 2. Perform manual labor and material transportation. 3. Ensure workplace safety and environmental preservation. Responsibilities: Assist masons in executing pavement, drainage, gutters, curbs, road bases, and sub-bases. Prepare and transport materials (sand, gravel, cement, concrete, hand tools, and equipment). Support the assembly and disassembly of formwork, reinforcement, and simple structures. Conduct worksite cleaning, organization, and maintenance. Assist in temporary highway signage during construction activities. Perform manual tasks such as manual excavation, basic compaction, and loading/unloading of materials. Maintain and ensure proper use of tools and equipment. Strictly comply with Safety, Health, and Environment (SSHE) regulations. **Education**: Elementary school (completed or in progress). **Experience**: Prior experience as a construction laborer, especially in infrastructure or highway projects, is desirable. **Desired Knowledge**: Basic occupational safety awareness. Familiarity with construction hand tools. Knowledge of highway construction signage (desirable).
