Participation in system improvement and upgrade projects **Junior Technical Support Analyst** ---------------------------------- **Position Description:** We are seeking a **Junior Technical Support Analyst** to provide remote support to field technicians, delivering assistance for technologies including **CCTV, EAS, RFID, SDAI, Access Control, and Intrusion Alarm systems**, ensuring incident resolution within agreed SLAs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in real-time technical issue resolution by guiding technicians on procedures, configurations, and diagnostics. * Apply solutions using the knowledge base and propose process improvements. * Develop and maintain manuals, tutorials, and operational procedures, updating the knowledge base. * Serve as liaison between field technicians and engineering teams, escalating issues when necessary. * Provide support for databases, networks, Windows/Linux servers, thermal printers, IP/analog cameras, access controllers, fire alarm systems, and intrusion alarms. * Support technical training for new employees and refresher courses on emerging technologies. * Participate in projects involving system/equipment improvement, implementation, or upgrades. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree. * Prior experience in remote support is desirable. * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced knowledge of: + Windows and Linux operating systems. + Thermal printers. + Networking (IPv4, DHCP, DNS, routers, WAN/LAN). + Security systems (CCTV, IP/analog cameras, access controllers, alarms, and fire alarm systems).
