Job Summary: Supervise housekeeping, general services, and laundry teams to ensure excellence in cleaning and organization of guest rooms and public areas. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and guide the daily activities of housekeepers and general service staff. 2. Conduct inspections and release units for reception. 3. Manage supplies and linens, and substitute for the Housekeeping Manager. #### **About the Role:** * Supervise the housekeeping, general services, and laundry teams, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and ready for use according to the hotel’s excellence standards and hygiene and safety regulations. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the daily activities of housekeepers, general service assistants, and laundry staff, ensuring compliance with cleaning and room preparation standards. * Assign tasks and organize work schedules based on check-in/check-out volumes and occupancy levels. * Conduct inspections of guest rooms and common areas, verifying unit readiness for reception. * Monitor and correct any deficiencies in cleaning procedures, amenity replenishment, or room presentation. * Serve as the direct liaison between the housekeeping team and reception, maintenance, and laundry departments. * Support technical guidance and training of operational staff. * Record and report incidents, lost-and-found items, and guest requests. * Control the usage of supplies and linens, minimizing waste. * Report preventive or corrective maintenance needs for guest rooms or common areas. * Substitute for the Housekeeping Manager during their absence, ensuring smooth and organized operations. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School education #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred):** * Technical course or degree in Hospitality (e.g., room cleaning techniques, hotel cleaning, team leadership, routine organization) * Relevant work experience: Minimum of 1 year * Preferred: Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine \| Tele-specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * On-site meals * Discounts on accommodations within the hotel chain #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating shift schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off * Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM
