The General Construction Assistant will be responsible for supporting operational activities at the construction site, assisting the technical team in performing general services, organizing the construction site, transporting materials, and complying with safety regulations, ensuring smooth progress of activities on the construction site. **Responsibilities** * Assist in performing general construction tasks (masonry, concrete work, demolition, excavation, cleaning, etc.); * Transport, load, and organize materials, tools, and equipment; * Prepare and organize the construction site, keeping the area clean and safe; * Support professionals such as masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers; * Assist in assembling and disassembling structures and equipment; * Perform minor repairs and support tasks as instructed; * Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations; * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the company. **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete elementary education; * Prior experience on construction sites is an advantage; * Willingness to perform operational tasks and work collaboratively; * Commitment, responsibility, and proactivity; * Availability to work on-site and, if necessary, overtime. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization; * Agility; * Teamwork; * Attention to safety regulations; * Good communication.
