You will be responsible for gathering business requirements and mapping metrics, but with a critical and strategic focus on Data Governance and Registration Data Quality. Your mission is to ensure that data projects meet the bank’s needs by designing processes that eliminate registration “dirt” (invalid emails, phone numbers, and addresses) and structuring logic so that the development team can implement robust solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Translate business needs into functional requirements for data projects, focusing on mapping business metrics and registration integrity rules. * Registration Data Cleansing Strategy: Diagnose the current state of databases (data cleansing) and propose conceptual solutions to improve registration data quality, without relying on pre-existing tools at the bank. * Bureau Mapping: Identify and evaluate external databases and market bureaus for contracting, aiming to enrich and validate registration data. * Bridge Between Business and IT: Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure technical solutions accurately reflect business rules and defined governance standards. * Data Modeling and Governance: Create and maintain conceptual and logical data models, ensuring documentation of metrics and quality processes remains up to date. * Validation and Quality Assurance: Test and validate implemented solutions, ensuring metrics are accurate and registration cleansing processes function as planned. * Governance Review: Act as an enabler for the Data Governance area, applying necessary standards to accelerate and ensure compliance of projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Mandatory Experience: Proven track record handling large-volume registration databases and deep understanding of data bureaus. * Functional Profile: Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and business metric mapping. * Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL for queries and analysis, plus experience in data modeling (conceptual and logical). * Conceptual Knowledge: Understanding of Data Cleansing, Data Profiling, and Data Governance techniques. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Administration, Statistics, or related fields. * Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to think critically about complex problems, and autonomy to propose end-to-end solutions. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Prior experience in financial institutions (banking sector). * Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools. * Basic software development knowledge to improve collaboration with technical teams. **Additional Information** * **Remote work.** At Leega, we do not deliver just lines of code or dashboards.
