**This professional will be responsible for:**
* Supporting the Site Manager in decision-making, presenting the construction schedule, project status, and construction progress against the Master Integrated Schedule (MS Project software);
* Monitoring and recording execution activities and sequences, issuing daily construction reports, checklists, and safety inspections, and entering related information into the management system;
* Assisting in updating the Master Schedule and attack plans by proposing new field-execution-compatible strategies aimed at achieving key milestones in the construction execution schedule;
* Monitoring and validating measurement submissions while maintaining a record of scheduled payments;
* Monitoring, recording, and intervening in construction execution activities that deviate from specifications (e.g., soil investigations, site setup, civil works, electromechanical and electrical installations, commissioning, and handover), immediately reporting any anomalies to the Site Manager;
* Compiling field data, organizing information, and developing and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly construction progress reports.
**Requirements:**
* Technical education in building construction, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering;
* Proven experience in civil, electromechanical, and electrical works at energized substations within the National Electric System (SEP);
* Availability to work on Saturdays;
* Residency in Porto Alegre or Gravataí \- RS;
* Availability to work on Saturdays and holidays.
