Because at **KITE**, fashion never stops—and neither does your development. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Responsible for leading the development of complex analytical solutions, transforming raw data into strategic insights through advanced dashboards; * Engage in data modeling, performance optimization (DAX/SQL), governance, and bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring information reliability; * **Advanced Development:** Build high-performance, complex Power BI dashboards using DAX, dimensional modeling (Star Schema), and best practices in visualization; * **Optimization and Performance:** Diagnose and resolve slowness issues, optimizing SQL queries and data models (Direct Lake, cardinality, aggregations); * **Data Engineering (ETL):** Perform extraction, transformation, and loading of data from diverse sources; * **Governance and Architecture:** Define technical standards, data architecture, and ensure security/integrity of information in Power BI Service/Fabric; * **Business Interface:** Gather requirements from *key users* and translate business needs into technical specifications. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, IT, or related fields; * Power BI: Advanced proficiency (DAX, Power Query, Power BI Service/Fabric); * Databases: Advanced SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and Microsoft Office suite; * Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Python or R for ETL/analysis, cloud tools (Azure, AWS), and familiarity with agile methodologies. **BEHAVIORAL PREFERENCES** * Clear and concise communication, business acumen, problem-solving ability, dynamism, and ownership mindset.
