Job Summary: A construction laborer provides general support for construction activities, including foundation work, masonry, installations, finishing, loading/unloading, mixing materials, and site cleaning. Assistance in small projects, renovations, or large-scale constructions * Provides general on-site construction support, including foundation work, masonry, general installations, finishing, material loading/unloading, tool transportation, mixing materials, plastering, floor and cladding installation, grouting, painting, and site cleaning and maintenance. * Capable of performing basic tasks such as tool and material reporting, and preparing basic reports requested by supervisors. Assists in formwork assembly, shoring, and similar tasks; performs manual excavation and backfilling. * Capable of assisting in small projects, renovations, or large-scale constructions.
