Job Summary: Performs general maintenance, hydraulic, electrical, and masonry repairs, painting, adjustments, and cleaning, assisting professionals and ensuring safety. Key Highlights: 1. General maintenance and various repairs 2. Support for professionals in construction and maintenance 3. Guarantee of workplace safety and use of PPE Performs general maintenance, including hydraulic repairs, simple electrical and masonry repairs, painting, door and window adjustments, as well as cleaning and organization of technical areas. Assists professionals such as masons and electricians, prepares and transports materials, supports construction and preventive maintenance tasks, and ensures the use of PPE and workplace safety. **Monday to Friday (44 hours per week)**
