Main Responsibilities: * Assist in executing construction and civil maintenance tasks under the team leader's guidance; * Support painting, construction, finishing, and repair work required for small- and medium-scale projects; * Operate appropriate equipment to assist in construction and civil maintenance tasks; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, ensuring safety and compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Ensure proper use of equipment and materials to avoid waste. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: * Prior experience as a construction helper, with knowledge of civil maintenance; * Physical capability to perform required tasks, such as carrying materials and using hand tools; * Commitment and responsibility to meet team-established deadlines and goals.
