Job Summary: Professional to assist the construction foreman, carry materials, clean construction sites, and perform maintenance on equipment and structures. Key Highlights: 1. Site cleaning and organization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Assist the construction foreman as required; * Load and unload construction materials; * Prepare construction sites and clean work areas; * Perform minor maintenance on equipment; * Conduct general maintenance on structures; * Clean machinery and tools; * Inspect operational conditions and repair any mechanical defects in machinery and tools; * Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and work instructions. **Requirements:** Preferred Qualification: Experience with residential construction projects **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Day Off, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
