Job Summary: Professional to assist the construction foreman, handle loading/unloading of materials, prepare construction sites, clean areas and equipment, and perform maintenance tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Direct assistance to the construction foreman in various tasks 2. Preventive maintenance of equipment and structures 3. Cleaning and organizing the work environment **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Assist the construction foreman as required; * Load and unload construction materials; * Prepare construction sites and clean work areas; * Perform minor maintenance on equipment; * Conduct general maintenance on structures; * Clean machinery and tools; * Inspect operational conditions and repair any mechanical defects in machinery and tools; * Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and work instructions. **Requirements:** Preferred Qualification: Prior experience with high-end residential construction projects. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
