Teamwork and physical fitness **Responsibilities:** We are seeking a **JUNIOR CIVIL CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** to support construction site operations. The professional will assist the assembler in installing wall panels, excavating foundations, and transporting materials to the installation site. **Main Activities:** Assist in preparing and transporting materials and tools; Support wall assembly; Perform worksite cleaning and organization; Load and unload construction materials; Comply with safety regulations and proper PPE usage. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education; Valid driver's license (Category B or higher); **Willingness to travel**; Prior experience in civil construction is desirable; Responsible, punctual, and committed; Good physical fitness and ability to work effectively in a team. **Salary:** R$ 2.095,85 **Benefits:** Medical/dental assistance, life insurance, meal allowance, transportation allowance, fuel allowance, R$ 150.00 attendance bonus, and performance-based bonus.
