Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing, updating, and monitoring schedules; conducting technical site visits; controlling documents; and analyzing proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Development and monitoring of schedules 2. Conducting technical site visits and quality control 3. Analysis of proposals and control of technical documents Develop, update, and monitor physical schedules, ensuring achievement of targets. Monitor measurements, analyze budgeted vs. actual costs, and identify deviations. Conduct technical site visits to verify services, installations, measurements, and quality control. Control technical documents, such as ART (Technical Responsibility Annotation), permits, construction diaries, and "as-built" drawings. Analyze proposals, verify invoices, and support the procurement team in purchasing materials. Compensation: R$5.000,00 - R$7.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
