JOB OPENING: COMMERCIAL MANAGER Location: Av. Rio Verde, Setor Pedro Ludovico – Goiânia/GO We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager with a strong results-oriented mindset and outstanding leadership capabilities. The professional will play a pivotal role in coordinating the sales team, monitoring performance targets, and managing team interactions across all operational aspects—ensuring internal synergy and excellence in customer service, from prospecting through to after-sales support. In addition to team management, we seek a hands-on professional who actively participates in the company’s daily operational routines—including direct customer service, order issuance and tracking, commercial team support, and other day-to-day responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: * Fully manage team interaction, workflow, and communication across all commercial operations; * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team; * Execute, monitor, and audit customer service and sales routines; * Provide customer service and operational support as needed; * Issue, track, and verify orders; * Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer retention; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements; * Ensure compliance with the company’s commercial goals and policies; * Supervise the delivery process and guarantee customer satisfaction in after-sales support. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Proven experience in commercial management and sales team leadership; * Operational and proactive mindset; * Flexible availability to support operational activities; * Willingness to travel or conduct external visits; * Strong negotiation, conflict management, and goal-achievement skills; * Solid experience in customer service and after-sales routines; * Communicative, resilient, and fully results-driven profile.
