A civil construction company is seeking a Civil Engineer in Campina Grande (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Manage and oversee construction execution, ensuring compliance with physical and financial planning. Coordinate on-site teams (foremen, supervisors, and operational teams). Control costs, perform measurements, and monitor productivity. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards. Monitor schedules, targets, and project performance indicators. Interface with suppliers, designers, and other departments within the company. Prepare reports and participate in construction progress meetings. Previous experience as an Architect, Structural Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Project Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
