Job Purpose Executes procurement strategies for assigned components (goods / services), to ensure that quality, cost effective products are delivered in a timely manner Job Description * Fulfills inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget * Ensures all information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available * Checks purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and reports exceptions to the Project Procurement Manager * Expedites bids * Conducts negotiations with vendors * Prepares purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality * Contributes to recovery of amounts relevant to back‑charges already notified to vendors * Resolves commercial issues and manages purchase orders of high value and complexity * Communicates order status continuously with internal stakeholders and ensures accuracy of system data * Identifies synergies between multiple projects to achieve overall savings * Participates in mitigation processes with suppliers You are meant for this job if: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent * Strong negotiation skills * Fluent english **Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
