Job Description – Quality Assistant (Beverage Industry) **Position:** Quality Assistant **Position Objective:** Assist in the execution and monitoring of activities related to the Quality Management System, ensuring that production processes, raw materials, packaging, and finished products comply with quality standards, food safety requirements, and legal requirements established by the company. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct quality inspections and controls during production process stages. * Collect samples of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products for laboratory analysis. * Monitor quality and food safety parameters according to internal procedures. * Complete, control, and archive quality records. * Monitor and verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Assist in investigating and addressing non-conformities, deviations, and customer complaints. * Support internal and external audits, as well as inspections by regulatory authorities. * Conduct inspections of cleaning, hygiene, and organization in production areas. * Assist in implementing and maintaining quality and food safety programs, such as HACCP, GMP, and SOPs. * Prepare quality reports and indicators. * Guide employees on company-established quality procedures and standards. * Monitor product shelf-life control, traceability, and compliance. Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in Quality Management, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Food Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Knowledge of quality tools and process control. * Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Prior experience in the food or beverage industry is desirable.
